In order to update/reset your password, you will need to load a web browser (Chrome preferably) either on a computer, laptop, or even a tablet. Or use the PACE Mobile App to change your password after logging in.
Step 1) Visit https://pace.firstcallfirst.com
Step 2) Select Forgot Password
Step 3) Enter your username (e-mail) address that you normally would log in to PACE with. You will then receive an e-mail shortly with the link to reset the password.
After entering your PACE e-mail/login and clicking Reset Password you will see the following message; which will show even if you mistyped the username/e-mail so please ensure you have that part correct when wanting to change or reset your password.
